
Attorney Lee L. Marvin specializes in family immigration law. His vast experience in immigration includes family immigration petitions, marriage green cards, fiance visas, and affirmative asylum requests. This brings Lee regularly before local state courts, federal immigration courts, and the immigration appellate court. Additionally, Lee regularly interfaces with the Chicago Asylum Office, various US Citizenship and Immigration Services field offices, and various correctional facilities within the US Department of Justice.
As an active member of the community, Lee serves on advisory roles for the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. Because of Lee’s expertise in immigration and business matters, he is often a guest writer, speaker, and information contributor to local news media in Grand Rapids and West Michigan Hispanic media outlets.
Lee graduated from Michigan State University College of Law. He is also an officer for the Michigan Army National Guard and a member of the prestigious Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG).
Lee currently lives in Michigan with his wife, Lilibeth and their children.
