How to Scan and Upload Documents
All support documentation needs to be uploaded to the Client Portal.
Please see below for instructions on how to scan the document and upload them to our platform:
How to Upload Documents to Docketwise

Login into the client portal online or by downloading the app “ Docketwise client portal.”

Tab on the menu option and select “Files”

Tab on “Upload File”

Make sure to name the file before it is uploaded to the portal.

The file is now on your profile
How to Scan Documents on iPhone/iPad

Create a new note, press on the camera icon (as shown below) and click “Scan Documents”

Take a photo of your document, adjust the sides, click “Keep scan” *when taking multiple photos for one file, click “ keep scan” after every photo* Please be sure to name the file(s) correctly. (eg: 2019 Tax Returns)

When done with one file, then click ‘Save’

Once you have them on your notes, be sure to click on the file first and then click on the upload icon (as shown below).

Click on the “Save to File” option at the bottom of your screen.
Important: Save each file to your phone so they are available to upload to the Docketwise app.
How to Scan Documents on Android

And in the bottom right corner, tap “Add.”

Tap on “Scan” option.

Take a photo of the document you'd like to scan. Adjust scan area: Tap Crop . Take photo again: Tap Re-scan current page . Scan another page: Tap Add .

After you are done scanning all the pages, tap “Save” to finish.

Name your file and save it on the desired location.
