How to Scan and Upload Documents​

All support documentation needs to be uploaded to the Client Portal.
Please see below for instructions on how to scan the document and upload them to our platform:

How to Upload Documents to Docketwise

Login into the client portal online or by downloading the app “ Docketwise client portal.”​

Tab on the menu option and select “Files”​

Tab on “Upload File”​

Make sure to name the file before it is uploaded to the portal.​

The file is now on your profile​

How to Scan Documents on iPhone/iPad​

Create a new note, press on the camera icon (as shown below) and click “Scan Documents”​

Take a photo of your document, adjust the sides, click “Keep scan” *when taking multiple photos for one file, click “ keep scan” after every photo* Please be sure to name the file(s) correctly. (eg: 2019 Tax Returns)​

When done with one file, then click ‘Save’​

Once you have them on your notes, be sure to click on the file first and then click on the upload icon (as shown below).​

Click on the “Save to File” option at the bottom of your screen.​

How to Scan Documents on Android​

And in the bottom right corner, tap “Add.”​

Tap on “Scan” option.​

Take a photo of the document you’d like to scan. Adjust scan area: Tap Crop . Take photo again: Tap Re-scan current page . Scan another page: Tap Add .​

After you are done scanning all the pages, tap “Save” to finish.​

Name your file and save it on the desired location.​
